Essendon Football Club had an exciting afternoon with their administrative staff participating in our popular “Win It In A Minute” team-building activity. Held at their iconic football club in Melbourne, the event saw six spirited teams competing fiercely for the title of champions.

As they tackled a series of fun and fast-paced challenges, laughter and camaraderie filled the air. Each team was determined to outshine the others and claim the spoils of victory!

At the end of the day, champions were crowned, and as the saying goes, “Winners are grinners!” Keep an eye out for the cheeky stowaway that made an appearance in the festivities—it’s a reminder of the fun and unexpected moments that make team-building events so memorable.

Commonwealth Bank “The Vault” in the Yarra Valley

Fulton Hogan – Charity Event

The staff at Fulton Hogan had a fantastic time engaging in the fun yet challenging charity bike build activity led by our facilitator, Kate, as they worked together to assemble children’s bikes. This team-building experience put their teamwork and communication skills to the test through a variety of exciting tasks.

The teams performed exceptionally well, and once all the bikes were put together, they were generously donated to deserving children from Berry St Charity. Your efforts have truly made a significant impact on the lives of these three children.

PARIS CONSULTING – WIN IT IN A MINUTE CHALLENGE

Last Friday, we hosted our exciting Minute to Win It program for Paris Consulting as part of their Corporate Christmas Party. It saw delegates racing against the clock to tackle a series of deceptively simple yet challenging 60-second tasks. The energy in the room was electric as teams competed head-to-head, showcasing their skills, creativity, and teamwork.

Participants faced a variety of fun challenges that required quick thinking and collaboration, resulting in plenty of laughter and memorable moments. We captured some fantastic photos and videos that highlight the enthusiasm and spirit of the day!

Suncorp Charity Bike Build

NAB Charity Bike Build

This week, the enthusiastic team from NAB came together for an impactful charity bike build event, successfully assembling four bicycles for donation to Mission Australia, who will pass them on to four fortunate children. The day was filled with engaging team-building tasks that challenged participants to work collaboratively in order to earn the necessary bike parts.

Once the teams completed their tasks, they set to work building the bikes from scratch. By the end of the day, the bicycles were in great shape, with the exception of the red bike, which required a few extra mechanical adjustments. However, all the bikes were deemed safe and well-constructed, ready to embark on their journey to their new homes.

It was a delightful afternoon filled with laughter, teamwork, and a sense of purpose. A huge thank you to NAB for your dedication and for making a positive impact in the community! We look forward to seeing more inspiring initiatives from your team in the future!

Chad kept the energy high, introducing a range of engaging tasks that ensured everyone stayed busy and on their toes. The competitive spirit was palpable as teams strategised to complete the challenges as quickly as possible.

At the conclusion of the event, a winning team emerged, but all participants left with a treasure trove of fantastic photos and unforgettable memories.
